Student eligibility to attend the Bing 91ÖÆƬ³§ in Washington Program is as follows:

Seniors: ÌýFall and Winter Quarters of senior year. Ìý

Juniors: Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters of junior year.

Sophomores:ÌýA limited number of Sophomores Ìýmay be accepted for Winter and Spring quarter. We highly recommend consulting with our team before applying as a sophomore. More experiences at both 91ÖÆƬ³§ and on your resume can be beneficial in the internship search process.

Class year is determined by your number of years at 91ÖÆƬ³§ not your academic standing. First year students are not eligible to attend.Ìý

International students: Must be eligible for CPT and will need to apply for through the Bechtel Center for their internships. If you have taken a leave of absence over the previous year you may not be eligible, please consult with Bechtel before applying if you have questions.

Applications are due two quarters in advance. Qualified students will be contacted forÌýinterviewsÌýas part of the application process.ÌýTransfer students must have completed at least one academic quarter at 91ÖÆƬ³§ at the time of application.

If you are on provisional registration or on University suspension for any reason, or if 91ÖÆƬ³§ has conferred your undergraduate degree before the last date of residence of the program you are NOT eligible to participate in the Program.  If youÌýare on University probation or academic status or are not eligibleÌýfor housing at 91ÖÆƬ³§ you are likewise unable to participate in the Program.

Students from all majors areÌýwelcome to apply. There is no coursework required for admission, however the Program strongly recommends that students take coursework related to their particular internship interests.

Deadlines:

Fall Quarter 2025-26: First Round March 2, 2025.

Second Round Fall 2025-26: Open now applications will be accepted and students will be admitted on a rolling basis until the program is full or May 19, 2025 whichever comes first apply early for best results.

Winter 2025-26: First round open now. Deadline May 23, 2025.

Spring 2025-26: Launched in Spring Quarter 2025 due dates TBD
